When is my move-in day?

Are there COVID Protocols during move-in?
Back To TopMasks are suggested for those who are not vaccinated.
Can I move in earlier?
Back To TopNo, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any move-ins before your scheduled move-in day.
Can I move in after my assigned move-in date?
Back To TopYou can move in any time after your assigned move-in date if you choose, as long as it is during office hours and is scheduled with our staff. Please let us know before 8/15/21 if you will not be arriving on that day so we can schedule another time that works best for your schedule. You can simply call the office at 304-291-4250.
Will there be people to help me move in?
Back To TopNo. But we will have a small number of carts available limited use.
Do I need to bring anything to move in?
Back To TopYou will need to bring a photo ID and anything not completed on the FastPass checklist which you can find when you log into the resident portal.
Where can I park while I am moving in?
Back To TopAll traffic will be directed to our P2 garage, located off of 3rd Street.
Can I have my packages shipped before moving in?
Back To TopYes. You can have packages shipped to the office and available for pick up immediately upon move-in.
What is the FastPass? Can I buy it?
Back To TopTo qualify for the FastPass, you must complete all items on the checklist prior to move in day. In doing so, you can skip the line and go straight to key pick up. You cannot purchase a FastPass.
What if I have not completed the FastPass qualifications by my move-in date?
Back To TopWe will be unable to issue keys to you until all items on the move in checklist are complete. You will need to check in and complete all paperwork/requirements prior to receiving keys.
What is the unit assignment addendum? Who has to sign this, and where can I find it?
Back To TopThe unit assignment addendum will be sent to all incoming residents when placement is sent out. This will have your unit number and bed space as well as the floor plan type listed. The primary resident will need to sign this document, but the guarantor will not be required to sign this. This document can be found on the Resident Portal using the primary resident (not guarantor) login. It will be able to sign under the “Documents” tab.
What are the insurance requirements?
Back To Top$100,000 in personal liability coverage Residents name and full address, including unit number, have to be on policy Our property name and our address must be listed as an additional interested party. Should you not bring your own insurance, you will be placed into our Captive Insurance Program automatically that will capture all needed requirements above. Can I hang things up on my walls?
Back To TopYes, as long as the items do not damage the walls when you remove them.
When will I find out my roommates?
Back To TopWe will send out roommate information in July that will include the names and contact info of those you will be living with. You can also find your roommates on the Lifestyle mobile app, which download through the App Store or Play Store on your mobile device.
