INDIVIDUAL LEASING

We offer leases by the bed, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.

LOCATION

Our professional and friendly staff are always happy to help! If students or guarantors ever have questions about their apartment or lease, they can contact our knowledgeable management staff for the information they need. Additionally, should a student ever need to submit a maintenance request, they can do so easily through our resident portal.

Please note the No Hassle program is designed to simplify your move-out experience and reduce cleaning worries. However, if there is excessive damage or cleaning required in your unit, you may still be charged a fee even if you have signed up for the No Hassle program.
