State on Campus student housing is fully furnished, making resident moves and lives easier. Our kitchens include ample cabinet space and black appliances. Communal areas include a sofa or loveseat, coffee table, and bar stools. Bedrooms come with a bed, desk, and chair.

INDIVIDUAL LEASING

We offer leases by the bed, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.

LOCATION

Rushing to class is a thing of the past. We believe where students live should help them experience all that college has to offer. Residents can easily make it to and from school, restaurants, take-out joints, entertainment venues, and shopping plazas, all within walking distance from our property.

MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Our professional and friendly staff are always happy to help! If students or guarantors ever have questions about their apartment or lease, they can contact our knowledgeable management staff for the information they need. Additionally, should a student ever need to submit a maintenance request, they can do so easily through our resident portal.
